Workout of the Week on Wednesday

We’ve got an all new WOW – Workout of the Week – for you today! This week, we are continuing with the WOWOW, a Workout of the Week on Wednesday! We’ve put together a fast and furious leg and ab circuit to target those problem areas this week. This one is fast paced and intense you’ll feel the burn in your legs and core! This is a great at-home workout because there’s no equipment involved! Give it a try this week, next week, and push yourself to see if you can beat your repetitions! It’s free, and you can save it to your phone or print it out. Try out once, twice, as often as you like!
