Karved is a unique kettlebell training program designed to work the entire body. In fact, kettlebells are the only equipment you really need to have success with this program. The focus of this program an efficient and athletically optimized full body workout, combining explosive strength and muscular endurance. Karved is a three week program, and is meant to be repeated two times, for a body that is carved out of wood!
