Dedication, the focus is on bringing together the building blocks of fitness, combining the lessons learned in the previous three blocks into full body functional training. This block was created as the final building block of fitness, bringing together the basics of cardio, of full body movements, and of weight lifting into a full body functional workout that will challenge you on a whole new level.
Dedication is designed around full body movements, with a focus on a different muscle group each day. You will utilize a combination of bodyweight movements, cardio accelerators, and traditional bodybuilding. This unique combination of techniques will push your body, keeping it guessing, and helping you build muscle strength while shredding fat.
