Welcome to Conviction, the third block of the Resolution.12 Total Body Trainer.
In Conviction, the focus is on introducing you to the basics of bodybuilding, using traditional weightlifting techniques to target train different muscle groups. This block was created as the third building block of fitness, learning the basics of weight lifting, using proper form, and learning to incorporate weight training into your fitness regimen.
Conviction is designed around basic weight lifting, combined with cardio accelerators to really focus on building lean muscle and keeping your heart rate up for cardiovascular health. The purpose of lifting weights as part of this program is to challenge your body, to change the shape of your body, to boost your metabolism through a combination of lifting and short bursts of cardio acceleration.
