Welcome to Brave, the second block of the Resolution.12 Total Body Trainer.
In Brave, the focus is on introducing your body to a greater challenge through full body functional training, utilizing full body exercises and body weight exercises, incorporated with cardio training. Brave is designed around circuit training, which includes full body exercises and cardiovascular exercises to continue developing cardiovascular health and capability. The purpose of the full body exercises and core work is building mobility and flexibility while getting lean muscle mass and shredding fat.
