Welcome to Adventure, the first block of the Resolution.12 Total Body Trainer.

In Adventure, the focus is on movement and activity. The purpose is to increase your cardiovascular activity level, and get your muscles, joints, and cardiovascular system used to increased activity for extended periods.
Adventure is designed to introduce or reintroduce your body to physical activity.
