Workout of the Week on Wednesday
Anyone can get fit, anywhere.
We’ve got an all new WOW – Workout of the Week – for you today! We’re giving you something totally new this week, a workout that just uses a single piece of equipment…battle ropes! Many gyms are adding in this piece of equipment, and it’s one that can be easily DIY’ed at home for cheap by visiting your local hardware store. If you’ve never used battle ropes, get ready to feel the burn, they’re more challenging than they look. Give it a try this week, next week, and push yourself outside your comfort zone! It’s free, and you can save it to your phone or print it out. Try out once, twice, as often as you like!
