We’ve got an all new WOW – Workout of the Week – for you today! This week, we are continuing with the WOWOW, a Workout of the Week on Wednesday! Try out an excerpt from our weightlifting training program, HEAVY, this week. Get ready to pump up your legs with this leg day routine. While best performed in a gym, this workout can be adapted for what you have at home. Give it a try this week, next week, and choose weights that you’re struggling with by the end of the prescribed repetitions. It’s free, and you can save it to your phone or print it out. Try out once, twice, as often as you like!
