Workout of the Week on Wednesday!

Anyone can get fit, anywhere.

We’ve got an all new WOW – Workout of the Week – for you today!  This week, we are continuing with the WOWOW, a Workout of the Week on Wednesday!  This week, we’ve got a boulder shoulders workout for you!  Give it a try this week, next week, and choose weights that you’re struggling with by the end of the prescribed repetitions.  It’s free, and you can save it to your phone or print it out.  Try out once, twice, as often as you like!

We firmly believe that anyone can get fit, anywhere. With that in mind, we decided to make exercise programs available to everyone.  We’re hoping that you like it enough to come back, to try out one of our full workout programs.

I'm Jessica, one of the founders and owners of True Grit Fitness. I'm a workout junkie and health nut who happens to be a certified personal trainer through ACE. I love lifting weights and cooking healthy versions of favorite foods. In my other job, I work on offshore oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico as a licensed mariner. I'm also a wife, a stepmom, a mom to furbabies, and a former officer in the USCG Reserve. I love everything about the great outdoors, I'm a certified bookworm, and I love creating and crafting.
