Workout of the Week on Wednesday!
Anyone can get fit, anywhere.
We’ve got an all new WOW – Workout of the Week – for you today! This week, we are continuing with the WOWOW, a Workout of the Week on Wednesday! Get fit with a high intensity, metabolically challenging full body routine this week. The only equipment you need? A medicine ball. Or a sand bag would work. A backpack. Your kid’s soccer ball. Really, anything you can heft around and slam into the ground. Give it a try this week, next week, and choose weights that you’re struggling with by the end of the prescribed repetitions. It’s free, and you can save it to your phone or print it out. Try out once, twice, as often as you like!
We firmly believe that anyone can get fit, anywhere. With that in mind, we decided to make exercise programs available to everyone. We’re hoping that you like it enough to come back, to try out one of our full workout programs.
